Folx is a new download manager for MAC. Currently it's still in BETA stage.

It can download any file size from HTTP, HTTPS, FTP with the ability to auto-resume download and they guarantee that you'll be downloading at top speed by using their multi-thread download tasks.

The nice thing about this download manager is they have torrent client inside the download manager. By using the PRO version you can search all available torrents on the internet, and also another advantage is if you are downloading file(s) at your top speed and you want to surf the net, there's no need for you to stop the download, the download manager (Folx) itself will decrease the download speed so it won't make your surf "lag".
